We are excited to announce that Mary Mac will be hosting its first ever European History Tour.  

This has been a long time in the planning, and finally with Covid restrictions eased we are able to commence these amazing opportunities for our students. 

The 25 day tour will commence in the United Kingdom and proceed through cities including York, London, Paris, Normandy, Amiens, Flanders, Berlin, Warsaw, Krakow, Prague, Munich and finally Rome before returning home.  This tour is based around the themes of World War 1 and 2, and students will have the opportunity to visit battlefield on the Western Front, stand on the beaches of Normandy, visit Museums and ancient ruins, and pay their respects at the graves of the fallen.  

An interest in our history is the only prerequisite for this tour and all students in Year 10, 11 and 12 are welcome to join, along with staff and any interested parents.

The College aims to run this tour every 3 years, commencing November 2024, giving all students the opportunity to attend.
